These terms are an agreement between you and Christensen Capital LLC, which operates Hyperactive Automation. By using a Hyperactive Automation product or service, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility and authorized use
You must be legally able to enter this agreement and may connect only accounts, vehicles, phone numbers, mailboxes, and other resources you are authorized to use. You are responsible for account activity by people you invite and for complying with connected providers' terms.
Private-beta services
Tesla Assistant and Avery Assistant are currently private-beta products. Features may change, be limited, become unavailable, or be discontinued. We may limit access or usage to protect users, providers, or the service. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Approvals and consequential actions
You are responsible for reviewing prepared actions before approving them. A confirmation authorizes only the action shown at that time. Do not use the products for emergencies, safety-critical decisions, illegal activity, or situations where a delay or mistake could cause serious harm.
Third-party services
Our products may connect to services operated by others. Their availability, rules, fees, data practices, and account decisions remain outside our control. Hyperactive Automation is not affiliated with or endorsed by Tesla, Inc.
Fees
Current private-beta access does not create a paid subscription unless a separate offer says otherwise. Before any charge, the applicable price, billing interval, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms will be shown outside ChatGPT for your review. You are responsible for provider, carrier, data, and other third-party charges.
Acceptable use
You may not bypass security or usage controls, interfere with the service, probe another user's data, share credentials improperly, misrepresent authority, or use a product to harass, deceive, or harm another person. You may not resell access without written permission.
Disclaimers and responsibility
Services are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Outputs can be incomplete or mistaken and should be reviewed before use. You remain responsible for your decisions, communications, vehicle operation, and compliance with law.
Suspension, termination, and changes
You may stop using a service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for security, provider requirements, nonpayment, misuse, or violation of these terms. We may update these terms as the service changes and will revise the date above.
