Privacy policy

How Hyperactive Automation collects, uses, and protects information across its website, private-beta products, and connected services.

Last updated September 29, 2026

Hyperactive Automation is operated by Christensen Capital LLC. This policy applies to Hyperactive Automation websites and products, including Tesla Assistant and Avery Assistant. A product may show additional information when you connect a third-party service.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide, such as your name, email address, business name, support messages, and account preferences. If paid plans are introduced, we will retain subscription and transaction references while a payment provider processes payment details.

When you authorize a connected service, we receive the permissions and data needed to provide the feature you requested. Depending on the product, this may include selected vehicle information, charging records, communications metadata, email content needed for an approved workflow, call status, transcripts, or task results. We also collect limited technical, security, audit, and usage records.

How we use information

  • Provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the requested product or service.
  • Authenticate users, enforce household or organization access, and record approvals.
  • Communicate about access, support, account changes, and service operations.
  • Measure usage, prevent abuse, meet provider requirements, and comply with law.

We do not sell personal information or connected-service data.

Connected accounts and credentials

We use provider authorization flows where available and do not ask for your third-party account password. Access and refresh credentials are kept in server-side systems and encrypted where stored. ChatGPT and other users do not receive those credentials.

Service providers

We use service providers for hosting, databases, identity, communications, AI processing, monitoring, support, and—when introduced—billing. We provide them only the information needed to perform their role. Connected providers, such as Tesla, Google, Twilio, OpenAI, and other services selected for a workflow, apply their own terms and privacy practices.

Retention and deletion

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security and audit records, resolve disputes, and meet legal or provider obligations. Retention periods vary by data type and product. You may ask to disconnect an account, delete product data, or close an account through the support page. Some limited records may be retained where required for security, billing, or law.

Your choices

You may decline permissions, disconnect a provider where supported, revoke access through the provider, or stop using a product. You may also ask to access, correct, export, or delete personal information, subject to applicable exceptions.

Security and changes

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service. No system can guarantee absolute security. See our security page for our current approach. We may update this policy as products change and will revise the date above.
