What it can help with
- Outbound callsPrepare a call plan, confirm the destination, place the approved call, and track progress and outcome.
- Email reviewOrganize email recommendations and questions, prepare replies, and require approval of the exact text before sending.
- Scheduled follow-upRecord daily, weekday, or weekly work with a time zone and route higher-risk work through approval.
- Owner handoffWhen supported, connect the owner to a verified live representative after the owner answers.
How approvals work
Avery separates planning from execution. Consequential tasks are prepared first and wait for an authorized person to approve the exact action. Provider acceptance is tracked separately from a successful result, so a dialed call or submitted request is not automatically treated as completed.
Connected services
The private beta uses selected communication and account providers to deliver its features. Each connection is permission-based and tied to the authorized user or organization. Available features depend on the connected providers and the access granted.
Messages and external content are treated as untrusted information. An incoming email cannot authorize Avery to perform an action.
Current availability
Avery Assistant is operating as a private beta. Public release work includes simplified onboarding, account and subscription management, support operations, service limits, and broader end-to-end testing. Asking about access does not enroll you in a paid plan.
